2. Manual Order Fulfillment

iSOFT Store operates on a high-touch, direct-to-chat digital distribution model to ensure software compatibility and a smooth setup process. Please note:

• No automated credit card processing takes place directly on this website.

3. Product Licensing & Guarantees

We provide retail activation licenses and shared/private software-as-a-service (SaaS) accounts. The conditions are as follows:

• Retail Software Licenses (e.g., Windows OS, Antivirus): Guaranteed to validate and activate the product on the specified number of devices. These licenses represent a one-time purchase with lifetime validation.
• Shared SaaS Accounts (e.g., ChatGPT shared subscriptions): Subject to platform terms. Customers must strictly adhere to shared login rules. Any modification of shared credentials (passwords, emails) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of support without a refund.

4. Support & Warranty

We take pride in our dedicated technical support system:

• 24/7 support is provided for setup and configuration via WhatsApp and Telegram.
• In the rare event that a digital license key fails to activate, we will perform diagnostics and provide a replacement key.
• Due to the nature of digital goods (instant consumption), all sales are final. Refunds are only considered if a replacement license cannot be successfully configured by our support team within 48 hours of purchase.
