1. Intellectual Property Protection
iSOFT Store (buy.isoft.com.lk) respects the intellectual property rights of software developers, publishers, and creators. 2. How to File an Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that any content or product listing on our website infringes your copyrights, please submit a written notification containing the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., link to original registration, software developer page).
- Identification of the material on our site that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or product SKU so we can locate it.

- A statement that the "information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
3. Submitting Takedown Requests

Upon receipt of a valid and fully documented notification, we will review the claim and remove or restrict access to the contested product listing within 24 to 48 business hours. We will also notify the vendor or internal support agent responsible for the listing.
4. Counter-Notification
If a product listing has been removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was done in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to [email protected]. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the material that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
